What you need:

  • Castor oil
  • Water
  • Fruits (pawpaw, watermelon, grapes, oranges)

How to use.

Day 1:

At night, take 2 tablespoons of castor oil before going to bed. The castor plant is a natural laxative that helps to stimulate bowel movement.

Day 2:

The following day is a NO food day. You will do what they call fluid fast.

On a fluid fast day, you do not eat any solid food but drink only water all day long. Depending on your own body system, you can have a glass of water every 2 to 3 hours for the rest of the day. This is not so fancy but it helps clean out your GI tract.

Day 3.

Third and final day is an all fruit day. You start the day with pawpaw. Eat as much as u can. Then you continue the rest of the day with other fruits, watermelon, grapes, and oranges.

These fruits have high water content so and they are packed with fibre, vitamins and minerals.

After the third day, the body would have had the necessary materials to clean itself out. Just like taking your car to an auto shop for servicing and it comes back brand new. The following day, you can go back to normal diet.
