Have you been longing to know why you hate your life? Or you have someone who always looks depressed? This article will do justice to the scenarios.

Often, in life, we feel happy and we like it. But when sadness comes, it’s called mood swing – and it’s normal.

It, however, becomes dangerous when we start to have the feeling of “I hate my life”, as it’s the fastest link to depression, and can hurt your entrepreneurial life.

Why will you inculcate the habit that can get you injured, when there is always a way out of all situations?

Below are 11 psychological reasons that make you hate your life. This post will walk you through the reasons, and leave you with simple, but durable solutions.

1. You Are Cheap

In an attempt to be kind with people (clients), you soften your muscle, and stay cool with your price, or even opt to give out your service for free, but you realize that they underrate you and treat you like a cheap strap. You will start to blame your creature for the bad divine.

Why will you?  Of course, you don’t need to be sad, you just need to possess the entrepreneurial mindset, and treat your business like your best friend. Then take Dan Lok’s advice: “The sure-fire way to failure is trying to please everybody.”

2. You are not hygienic

If you are not neat, you will not be comfortable, and if you are not comfortable, you will not like your life because people will treat you like a nincompoop.

You may as well be stinking to yourself, and therefore hate your life for living below a respectful dignity.

Say NO to laziness and give yourself the best treatment ever. You don’t need luxuries to stay clean.

3. You Don’t Get Along With Others

Even if you are an introvert, you will have nice people that make your day. Human beings are created to live around others of the same species.

When you see everyone as bad dudes due to your bad temper, the world will automatically change its appearance to something sour; and you will start to have that dangerous thought “I hate my life”.

Don’t hate your life for being isolated, but rather train your mindset to be submissive to others’ actions and treatments.

4. You’ve not Discovered Your Passion

Your mission will remain nebulous until you discover your passion.

When you struggle so hard and still realize that your steps are not crafting any mark, you will put the blame on your life.

But you don’t have to, because if you are working on a mission that supports your passion you will feel great, even before moving closer to success – you will love what you do.

5. You Don’t Exercise

Exercise helps you to get rid of common health and psychological challenges.

A recent study done by the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health found that running for 15 minutes a day or working for an hour reduces the risk of major depression by 26%.

Until you embrace regular exercise, your body system tends to react like a faulty engine when it’s time for you to spend your energy.

6. You Talk Too Much

We talk to be praised or celebrated, but we sometimes, bungle the chance and feel silly; when people don’t react to our utterance as we projected.

If this happens to you often, you will start to hate your life as though you are not recognized.

Hating your life will exacerbate the whole issue. All you have to do is reduce the way you talk amidst people – the more you talk the more common you become.

7. You are not grateful

Maltbie D. Babcock once said, “Better lose count while naming your blessings than to lose your blessings to counting your troubles.”

You’ve got all the reasons to appreciate your real self, no matter how bad your condition seems to look like.

When you decide to rotate your mind around the bad side of your life, you tend to hate who God has made you become, and nearly forget the blessings that surround you.

The worst and craziest thing ever is to start comparing your life with someone else’s; every life has the bitter part.

Use your passion to discover your gift and appreciate what you have – then, you will love your life.

8. You Don’t Believe in Yourself

“Your success depends mainly upon what you think of yourself and whether you believe in yourself”

__William J. H. Boetcker

The first step to success is determination, and what pilots the determination is the belief you have in yourself.

Also quoting Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you are right.”

Self-esteem makes you feel happily rich; the moment you start to doubt your capacity to achievement, you’ve started to fade-away your self-esteem. Believe in yourself. You can make it!

9. You Don’t Like Your Job

When you realize that you overwork, or you are undervalued, you will start to have the sense of being downplayed, and eventually blame it on your life.

You don’t have to hate your life in this case. Your life is not bad, only the job is useless. All you need is to put yourself together and look for a better alternative.

10. You Procrastinate

__The outcome of laziness is sadness.

We all have a sense of abstaining from all acts that will (probably) make us sweat. But when we accomplish hard tasks, we feel so great.

Take school exams for example. While reading (in preparation) for exams, we feel like being inside a hot prison, but if we pass the exam, we will feel like icons – because we acted against procrastination.

If you delay your actions often, it’s called laziness. Do what’s right when it’s right – you will always love who you are.

11. You are Broke

__You are broke, right? You are not alone. One of the strongest reasons we feel bad is to discover that our pocket or bank account has nothing to foot our bill.

You don’t need to hate your life for being broke. All you need is to channel your hustle and fuel yourself with high-income skills.

Being sober will make you broke more than normal or even make you a poor dude.
